Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to Skysavv OPC Private Ltd for access to our Services are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription tiers, billing cycles (monthly or annual), and payment methods.
We encourage you to review the features of each product and, where available, use any free trial period before subscribing to a paid plan. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service offering and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Exceptions
Notwithstanding Section 1, we will issue a refund or account credit in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged twice for the same billing period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund the erroneous charge in full. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
- Unauthorised Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us and your bank or card issuer immediately. We will cooperate with any investigation and initiate a refund if the claim is substantiated.
- Extended Service Unavailability: If the Services are unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a fault on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events), you may be eligible for a pro-rated account credit for the affected period, at our discretion.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at manoj@skysavv.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Services until that date.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for a refund of the remaining months.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. If you intend to raise a payment dispute or initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we request that you first contact us at manoj@skysavv.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe you have a valid claim not addressed by this policy, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or other competent authority.

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above or to raise a billing concern, contact us with your registered email address, the Razorpay transaction ID (found in your billing receipt), and a description of the issue.
